Bulk QR Code Generator — Many QR Codes, One ZIP

0 rows

Paste one URL or text value per line, and get a ZIP of individual QR code files — one per row. These are static QR codes: the data is inside the symbol, so they never expire and can't be redirected by anyone later.

Free for batches of 10 rows. Everything is generated in your browser — your links never touch our servers.

Static QR codes in bulk — why it matters

Most bulk QR tools generate dynamic codes: short URLs on their domain that redirect to yours. That's how they justify subscriptions — and how thousands of printed QR codes die the day a trial ends. Bulk-static is the honest model: each ZIP file contains QR codes pointing straight at your destination. Print them, and they work for as long as your URLs work.

The trade-off is that destinations can't be edited after printing and scan analytics are yours to collect (UTM parameters + your own analytics cover that). For anything printed — packaging, flyers, business cards, signage — static is the only safe choice.

Bulk QR workflows

  • Product packaging — one QR per SKU linking to manuals, registration or reorder pages
  • Event materials — table cards, badges and signage with per-seat or per-room links
  • Real estate & retail — a QR per listing or shelf edge
  • Direct mail — per-recipient tracking URLs (UTM-coded) as individual QR codes
  • Equipment & facilities — QR on each machine linking to its maintenance log

Getting clean scans at scale

Each file is named after its row (001-https_example_com.png), so matching codes back to your spreadsheet stays trivial.

  • Short URLs make sparse, reliable QR codes — use a short domain or path where possible
  • PNG at 3–4x for documents; SVG for anything a designer touches
  • Keep payloads under ~100 characters; beyond that, modules get dense and small prints fail
  • Spot-check at least 10% of a bulk batch with a real phone before a print run
  • Never place QR codes on dark or busy backgrounds without testing contrast

Frequently asked questions

Do bulk-generated QR codes expire?

Never. Every code is static — the destination is encoded in the squares themselves. No redirect service, no account, no subscription, nothing to expire.

Is bulk QR generation free?

Yes, up to 10 codes per batch with PNG or SVG output — no signup, no watermark. Unlimited batches and print-ready label sheets are planned for BarcodeOwl Pro.

Can I track scans of these QR codes?

Static QR codes can't phone home — that's the point. To measure scans, encode UTM-tagged URLs and watch your own analytics (e.g. ?utm_source=qr&utm_medium=packaging).

What can I encode besides URLs?

Any text: Wi-Fi join strings (WIFI:T:WPA;S:name;P:pass;;), mailto: and tel: links, plain text, coupon codes. One value per row.

Why not just use a spreadsheet QR formula or font?

Spreadsheet hacks produce images you still have to export one by one, and QR 'fonts' don't exist — QR is 2D. A CSV→ZIP pipeline gives you correctly named, print-ready files in one step.
